Our two year, fully funded programme of support was designed by a Tees Valley team to help GPs to work and develop here.

​We want to help our practices, PCNs and Federations to retain the excellent people who are dedicated to improving the health of our population by giving them ring-fenced time and funding to work on aspects of their professional lives other than their patient-facing work.

From research, to clinical specialties, from leadership, to teaching, RISE allows GPs to rediscover a passion for medicine and a love for their jobs.
